Each Carbony™ instrument is molded by hand around a precision-ground mandrel. This ensures identical dimensions, tuning, and tone across the board. The manual lay-up process guarantees premium consistency, playability, and aesthetics in every piece.

3. Are the instruments travel-proof?

Absolutely. Carbon fiber is built for impact. Carbony instruments resist temperature changes, luggage bumps, and drops. Plus, their non-metallic design won’t trigger airport scanners—ideal for travel.

4. Do you offer custom tuning options?

Yes! We’re happy to accommodate custom tuning and personalizations whenever possible using our available carbon inventory. Most modifications are free. Please note: unless requested otherwise, Carbony™ reserves the right to replicate custom designs.

5. Can I try before I buy?

Definitely. Every purchase includes a 30-day risk-free trial. Try your instrument at home and, if it’s not a perfect fit, return it using the original packaging.

6. What warranty and support do you offer?

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • U.S. Orders: FedEx 2-Day by default
  • International: Shipping calculated at checkout (duties/taxes vary by country)
  • Returns: 30-day return window; product must be in original condition/packaging

  • No restocking fee (within trial period)

Note: International orders may incur duties or VAT based on your country’s laws—Carbony does not charge these.
